Bones Season 5 Episode 6 “The Tough Man in the Tender Chicken” Promo

Last week, in “A Night at the Bones Museum”, Brennan was fascinated by a charred Egyptian mummy found hanging on an electric fence. Loaned to the Jeffersonian for an exhibit, the ancient remains had traces of fresh blood on the leg. When the custodian who was preparing the mummy for the exhibition was found murdered, things took an unexpected turn.
Thus, Booth and Brennan confronted two strange cases… a 3000 year old mystery and a murder from present times. The legend of the “Bleeding Heart” and the riddle surrounding the missing treasure held the viewers’ spellbound. The chapter marked Daisy’s return and introduced Booth’s boss, who seized his opportunity and invited Brennan to dinner… much to her partner’s dismay.

In two weeks, “Bones” returns with a new episode and new challenging cases. When the remains of a farmer emerge on the bank of a nearby river, it devolves on Booth and Brennan to elucidate the crime. An animal right activist, the farmer was about to inherit a chicken factory. With an eye to the fact that he had many enemies with motive to kill him, the team has a wave of murder suspects to sort through.

“The Tough Man in the Tender Chicken” airs on November 5…
