In season 6, Alexx’s son was named the prime suspect in a murder case, causing Alexx to re-evaluate her job and her place on the team as well as her friendship with the other CSIs.
She will always be seen as the “mother” figure of the “CSI: Miami” team. She showed great concern for the forensic team whenever one of them was injured and has often talked to the dead bodies in a comforting and caring tone as she examined them.
The good news is that the CSI team will soon welcome the return of Alexx Woods. Fans will have to wait a few more months, until March, before Doctor Alexx reunites with the rest of the team. Don’t miss “CSI: Miami” tonight!
