Previously, in “Presumed Guilty”, the team reopened an old case and found out that the man convicted for murder was actually innocent. While racing against time to find the true killer, they met some difficulties. The case was more than intriguing and twisted, it also had a very interesting outcome. After a month of absence “CSI: Miami” returns tonight with a new episode… “Sink or Swim”. Calleigh and Delko’s relationship evolves slowly but surely, but when pirates take over a luxury yacht, somehow Delko is dragged into the story and his future as a CSI is threatened.
