Family Guy Season 8 Episode 9 Business Guy
Previously on “Family Guy”, disappointed that the literary award he won wasn’t quite the kind of special award he was expecting, Brian tippled away his cares. On his way home, he accidentally killed another dog and buried the animal in a nearby yard. Torn with remorse, Brian made full admissions of guilt, but no one seemed to care… his family considering that killing a dog is no crime at all. Thus and so, he became an animal rights activist. “Dog Gone” also highlighted the fact that Stewie is ready to go all lengths just to torment Brian. While this storyline might have taken over the episode, the scenes with Consuela, the new maid hired by Lois, were quite funny. Beginning with the moment when she called the Griffin kids “Mr. Children”, then insisting on staying despite the fact she was fired, she drew a few smiles… not to mention that Consuela stole Stewie’s play money. However, it wasn’t anything there to make the episode an instant classic, but it was a solid attempt to tell a good story.
This Sunday, after Peter throws him a wild bachelor party, Carter falls into a deep coma and not even Dr. House can find a cure. Now in control of Pewterschmidt Industries, Lois yields to a suggestion and makes the huge mistake of letting her husband run the operation. Overwhelmed by power, Peter takes drastic measures and fires the entire board. Eventually, Carter recovers, but realizes that it may be complicated and even too late to get his company back.
