In “Excessive Forces”, Melinda stands on a volcano when the ghost of an adolescent whose death passed for an accident claims he was killed by a Grandview police officer. Things get complicated when it comes to light that the victim had ties to the officer’s rebellious daughter. Convinced that the adolescent’s death wasn’t a mere skateboarding accident, Melinda is determined to deal out justice. Will she be able to stop him before he strikes again?
