Last week, “Ghost Whisperer” made a bold move by fanning the flame with a striptease pole dancing show featuring Melinda as she was trying to decipher another supernatural mystery. Let’s face it! Not every day arises the occasion to see Jennifer Love Hewitt in the posture of an exotic dancer. However, the episode was also islanded with other things which were just as significant. After one of Jim’s patient unexpectedly died during a simple surgery, he and Dr. Morgan, the senior attending, got hunted by an earthbound spirit. Eventually, it turned out that one of Jim’s colleagues from medical school was sticking around them. In the meantime, Melinda had more and more premonitions about The Shadows. Although these light beings haven’t really caused any harm so far, she got increasingly worried about their powers.
As a general rule, spirits with unfinished business don’t know what really happened to them at the time of their death and incline to lay the blame on the wrong shoulders. In “Dead Listing”… a ghost leads Melinda to his own body. Thus and so, she finds herself drawn into a murder mystery involving a real estate power couple. Some pairs fight, but they are taking it to a whole new level. Kirk and Rita threw their hats into the ring, even beyond the grave. Convinced that she killed him, Kirk continues to haunt her. Surprisingly, Rita is more than eager to bring it on. How will Melinda cope with this situation? We will find out tonight…
