In “Stairway To Heaven”, the time for Bailey’s young patient elapses. Everyone in the hospital is trying to find the boy a new donor. Meredith looks upon the death row patient’s wish to donate his organs to the boy and to die before execution. Meanwhile, an injury leaves Mark in a compromising position in the OR and Cristina avoids Owen.
