Grey’s Anatomy Season 5 Episode 23 Here’s to the Future & Episode 24 Now or Never
I just wanted to say that “What a Difference a Day Makes” was an amazing episode, but it’s not enough… it was one of the best chapters of “Grey’s Anatomy”. As Derek and Meredith were preparing for their wedding day, eight college students who had a car accident exactly in their graduation day took by storm the E.R. The medical case was a very dramatic one and drew many tears. As if that weren’t enough… Izzie has another tumor… this time, it seems to be an inoperable one.
When doctors recognize their limits and all is hanging by a thread, Bailey comes with the brilliant idea. And Derek and Meredith’s wedding became Alex and Izzie’s. Although lately George was modest, almost insignificant, this time, he had the most important role… he was the one who gave away the bride. This week marks the show’s fifth season finale.
In “Here’s to the Future”, the first part of the two hour event, Izzie spends some time with a fellow cancer patient and chews the cud of reflection whether or not to undergo a risky surgery. A patient makes Owen reconsider his place at Seattle Grace while Mark is ready to take his relationship with Lexie to the next level. In the second part of the two hour season finale, “Now or Never”, while Izzie’s friends are anxiously waiting her recovery from surgery, George delivers to Bailey some surprising news.
As Bailey takes a gloomy view of the fact that she was accepted into the pediatric fellowship program, the victim of a traffic accident brings the brilliant minds of Seattle Grace’s doctors together…

how come the huge crew working in GA didnt pay attention to the shot where izzie was wearing a head band and then she wasnt waering it in the very same scene?
