Heroes Season 4 Episode 18 “The Wall” Preview

Normally, “The Art of Deception” was supposed to be the stepping stone for the finale of the season or even the series. Instead, it didn’t feel at all like the show was heading for something big, most of its characters being at the crossroads… In the wake of his destruction of the nearby town, Samuel arrived at a landmark while Sylar decided that the time has come to get rid of all his powers and turned to Matt for help. Since his “family” began to have misgivings about his plan and possibly his sanity, Samuel found a fall guy in Noah’s own person… As a result of his manipulations, Lydia died but not before knowing the truth about what he did. Once again, Samuel got away with it by convincing everyone that HRG was more evil than him and the outside world will never accept people who have special abilities.

Now that HRG is captive, who’s going to take Samuel down? Based on Peter’s vision, Sylar will come to Emma’s rescue and foil Samuel’s plans. However, it’s a long way to there… Peter has to free Sylar from the mental landscape and that’s no picnic at all considering that his mind pretty much looks like an abandoned city. In the meantime, in order to bring Claire to his side, Samuel reveals Noah’ secret past. Lauren decides to take matters into her own hands and makes a bold move to stop the leader of the Carnival. “The Wall” airs on February 1… Don’t miss it!
