H5 in Heroes Season 5… the sequel of a success

Amazing, but yes… the heroes’ adventures continue. Although all signs indicated that the fourth season will be the last of the series, rumors have it that NBC, namely its famous “Heroes”, is going through some small but significant changes… e.g. all of a sudden we had to witness the death of Adrian Pasdar’s character and some voices have also whispered that Sendhil Ramamurthy was co-opted in a new series, logically from the same network but mingled with Comcast. How could this be otherwise interpreted than by the burial of this show? ScreenJunkies has managed to quash all this by using its inside sources. We’ve learnt that the actor has recently been offered a pilot and immediately requested to be left out from the following episodes of “Heroes”… His wish became reality on the spot, as his presence has not been very much emphasized lately and the writers didn’t want to feel guilty for not letting him give it a real try in a new start… how kind of them, isn’t it? The last time we will be able to admire Mohinder Suresh in this series will be in an episode broadcasted in late January.

The story of “Heroes” continues… After all, how on earth could anyone have believed that a tremendous success like this (also DVD sales) would come to an end just like that? As long as world wide sold Dvds bring the big cash to the NBC, the “Heroes” saga will go on. Is this good news or is it bad? Remains to be seen…
