Medium-2 in Medium Season 2
“Medium” might not have the same brightness of hit series like “Heroes” or “Lost”, but don’t let that stop you from trying something new. Although this series has creepy serial killers, blood-drenched crime scenes and a lot of tension, it’s Allison’s home life that separates it from other crime and supernatural series.

There is a perfect balance… Allison is a caring mother and wife and she does a great job as a psychic investigator. We see her as a complete individual, instead of focusing on just one element of her life. This is what gives the series its heart.

Patricia-arquette-2 in Medium Season 2

Allison (Patricia Arquette) appears in almost every scene of every episode. She carries the show with confidence. The series continues its pattern and each episode begins with a dream sequence.

In dream sequences, Allison appears in many different ways, from dancing to a classic tune to portraying a ruthless killer. In reality, she has to play the detective, the loving mother and the sexy wife. Patricia Arquette plays this complete and complex character with craftsmanship.

The DuBois daughters spend a lot of time this season developing their own psychic abilities, just like their mom. Ariel sees a dark future for a classmate and a dead writer tells new stories through Bridget. Exciting…

Seeing is believing…
