Smallville Season 8 Episode 15 Infamous Preview
Smallville Season 8 Episode 15 “Infamous” Preview

Previously on “Smallville”… in a desperate attempt to save Metropolis, Clark and Lana experienced a short partnership. They decided to disable the bomb placed on the roof of Daily Planet using Lana’s ability to absorb kryptonite, although that made her lethal to Clark.
In my opinion the scene was way too melodramatic and being accustomed to Lana’s leaves and returns, her exist left me immune and kind of relieved. Let’s hope that she will not find an excuse to return home. The biggest twist of “Requiem” was Lex’s “death”. The fact that Oliver Green could be a cold blooded murder goes against his justice defender nature.
On March 12, the show returns in style. After his secret identity is threatened, Clark decides to tell the whole world that he has superpowers so, he asks Lois to publish his story. Soon, Clark will discover that fame comes with a high price. Although the preview of “Infamous” consolidates this idea, I think all happens in a parallel world or it’s more like a dream sequence. If the world actually finds out that the “Red Blue Blur” is Clark Kent, “Smallville” will become a soap opera without any affinity with Superman mythology. It remains to be seen…

I think it would be dumb for him to come out
First off, there is a basis why his identity will remain a secret. If you stick with the real superman story his identity was kept unknown. Of course we’re talking about the modern superman here. Who knows, anything is possible with the writers. It could be fun, and it’s just beginning. But it could be the end of Smallville as we know it. I suspect Lex is not dead. Probably sitting in a different vehicle – or in another location. The truck could be a decoy to foil possible attempts. Lana will be on and off but she will still be in the cast of characters, possibly aiding Clark in some situations. Chloe just got married – and got fired from The Daily Planet. Getting married is a big step. Her presence will gradually diminish and Jimmy has hooked up with Lois at work – as photographer and reporter respectively, of course. Allison (Chloe) will be at work possibly behind the camera. She seemed to have a knack for it. Doomsday was just introduced (or hatched), so we can start figuring out what happens next. It’s going to be fun. The Justice League will be out in full force, I predict, in the forthcoming episodes. So, just hang tight. It will get pretty interesting.
Are you a bloody idiot? ‘Smallville’ has long since past the point of ‘becomming’, it IS a soap opera with little to no bearing on the superman mythology.
