Smallville Season 8 Episode 17 “Hex” Preview

817s

On her birthday, Chloe receives a vintage copy of “Tales of the Weird & Unexplained” as a gift. Deep inside, she wishes for a peaceful life like her cousin Lois while Clark has his own dream. In a magical night, the two friends’ desires come true, but in an unexpected way and with “little” imperfections. So, Chloe’s consciousness is placed in Lois’ body while Clark is put under a spell following his wish to have a less complicated life. Now, this is a complicated affair! Meanwhile, a girl named Cassie tries to convince Oliver to believe in witchcraft, but she actually has a hidden agenda. Hoping to obtain an item that Lex had before he disappeared, she promises to satisfy Oliver his “deepest desire” if he helps her.

Here’s what Matt Mitovich from TV Guide revealed about this episode:
“A truly magical magician fulfills Chloe’s wish to have Lois’ “easy” life… by transplanting her into her cousin’s body. While my “frenemy” already teased a “longing look” between Clark and “Lois” – and Erica Durance’s admirers can obviously count on seeing gobs of their favorite actress – Chloe fans should be very pleased with an epiphany their girl reaches at episode’s end”.

“Hex” airs on March 26. Don’t miss it!
