The Golden Globes revive

This year, with no strike on the horizon, the Golden Globe Awards will return as exciting and glamorous as ever. The ceremony is set to air on NBC on January 11 and will definitely be attended by an army of big stars.
The Golden Globe Awards honor excellence in film and television and though they’re not taken as seriously as the Emmys or the Oscars, they’re still a sumptuous event. Yesterday were announced the nominees for the 66th Annual Golden Globes. Shows like “30 Rock”, “Mad Men” and “True Blood” received multiple nominations, while other critically acclaimed shows were surprisingly omitted.
