True Blood Season 1 Episode 11 “To Love Is To Bury”

TB

A killer, a shapeshifter and a vampire walk into a bar…

The previous few episodes of the series were filled with twists and tension, leaving viewers hungering for more. Will this episode rise to their expectations?

“I Don’t Wanna Know” found Bill attending the vampire tribunal, Sookie being stalked by the town serial killer, Tara learning the truth about her exorcist and Jason getting into deeper trouble than usual.

Aside from the drama between Jason and Amy, “To Love Is To Bury” hides many interesting scenes. Bill fulfills the conditions of the tribunal’s sentence, although he and Eric find that Jessica doesn’t quite turn out as expected. Trying to solve the mystery behind her most recent vision, Sookie and Sam visit a philandering police officer.

Lettie Mae refuses to bail Tara out of jail. Tara’s anger is tempered when Maryann Forrester, a wealthy “social worker”, comes to her rescue. Disgusted by the hypocrisy of a vampires bashing state senator, Lafayette decides to pay him a visit on the campaign trail. Sookie and Sam begin to get closer.
Jason finds himself in trouble with the law… again.

With one episode away from the first season finale of “True Blood”, no character is safe. A important question is who will die. This episode revealed the identity of the Bon Temps serial killer, but will Sookie and Sam figure out who it is before he kills again?
